Feeding your baby is a deeply personal journey — and it can come with questions, challenges, and moments of uncertainty. I offer compassionate, evidence-based guidance for common bodyfeeding concerns in the early days and weeks. I can help with latch and positioning, recognizing feeding cues, establishing a comfortable routine, and building your confidence as you and your baby learn together. This service is all about meeting you where you are to help you feel informed, empowered, and more at ease in your feeding relationship, whether you're nursing, pumping, bottle-feeding, or doing a combination.
As a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist (CBS) who has completed 95+ hours of lactation-specific education through the Physicians' Lactation Consultant Training Program, I provide nonjudgmental guidance tailored to your needs. I am currently working toward full IBCLC certification, and I’m committed to ongoing learning and collaborative, family-centered care.
Support may include:
In-home session (1.5 - 2 hours) $250
If additional clinical care is needed, I’m happy to refer you to a trusted IBCLC or other healthcare provider to ensure you get the appropriate support.
I provide personalized, one-on-one sessions in the comfort of your own home to help you feel confident and prepared as you prepare for your baby. All education services include a consultation to assess your needs and interests.
This private class is built around your unique birth preferences and questions, guiding our discussion of labor, delivery, and early postpartum care. You’ll gain insight into the stages of labor, pain management techniques, breathing exercises, and what to expect in the delivery room. Additionally, we’ll explore comfort measures, the role of your birthing team, and how to prepare mentally and physically for the big day.
In this personalized session, we’ll cover the basics of chestfeeding, including latch and positioning, feeding cues, milk supply, and how to know your baby is getting enough. We’ll also explore common challenges—like sore nipples, engorgement, or pumping—and how to manage them with confidence. Whether you're planning to chestfeed exclusively or explore other feeding options, this class is tailored to your needs and goals.
This private class covers the essentials of newborn care—feeding, diapering, sleep routines, soothing techniques, and bonding.
