Your journey begins with a personalized intake session where we take time to connect, explore your birth preferences, and start building trust. Together, we’ll create a custom birth plan rooted in your values, needs, and hopes for your birth experience.
As your due date approaches, we’ll schedule another prenatal visit to revisit your birth preferences, practice basic coping skills, and ensure you feel grounded and ready. I’ll also be in regular contact for additional check-ins and support as needed — and when labor begins, I’ll be by your side for continuous care.
After your baby arrives, we’ll meet again for a postpartum visit to reflect on your birth, answer any questions, and support your early days of recovery and bonding.

These sessions offer focused, flexible care that adapts to what you need in real time. You can choose childbirth and baby care education, lactation counseling, or postpartum guidance, or any combination of topics that will support you and your growing family. Each visit is $150 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours so that we may cover your priorities with care.
In these sessions we explore how labor unfolds and what your body and your baby are doing at each stage. As a doctor of osteopathic medicine, I draw on a deep understanding of the physiology of birth and optimal fetal positioning to guide you in movement, breath, and positioning that support steady progress and comfort. We also talk through decision making, partner support, and ways to stay grounded and connected as labor intensifies. Everything is shaped around your hopes, your questions, and your unique needs.
These visits offer simple, accessible, and supportive instruction on caring for your newborn. We cover soothing, sleep basics, diapering, bathing, baby communication, and ways to create a nurturing routine that works for your family. You will have plenty of time to practice skills, ask questions, and explore what feels most natural for you as new parents.
Feeding your baby is an experience that blends instinct, practice, and support. I help you understand the basics of milk production, how latch works, ways to encourage comfort for both you and your baby, and how to recognize early feeding cues. Whether you hope to nurse, pump, combine methods, or simply want a strong foundation, these sessions give you practical guidance and gentle reassurance as you prepare for the early days at home.
Feeding your baby is personal, tender, and sometimes confusing. I offer compassionate, evidence based support for common bodyfeeding questions in the early days and weeks. I can help with latch and positioning, reading feeding cues, finding a comfortable rhythm, and building your confidence as you and your baby learn together. This service meets you where you are and supports your feeding relationship whether you are nursing, pumping, bottle feeding, or combining methods.
As a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist (CBS) who has completed 95+ hours of lactation-specific education through the Physicians' Lactation Consultant Training Program, I provide nonjudgmental guidance tailored to your needs. I am currently working toward full IBCLC certification, and I’m committed to ongoing learning and collaborative, family-centered care.
Support may include:
If additional clinical care is needed, I’m happy to refer you to a trusted IBCLC or other healthcare provider to ensure you get the appropriate support.
I aim to make doula support as accessible as possible. I accept HSA/FSA cards and can provide a superbill for reimbursement through your insurance. I’m also an approved provider with Carrot Fertility and accept Apple Health (Medicaid), and TriCare.
Coverage for doula care varies widely between insurance plans. If you’re unsure whether your benefits include doula services, I can provide sample language to help you check with your insurer.
If you have questions about coverage or reimbursement, I’m happy to walk you through your options.
