Complete Birth Doula Service

Your journey begins with a personalized intake session where we take time to connect, explore your birth preferences, and start building trust. Together, we’ll create a custom birth plan rooted in your values, needs, and hopes for your birth experience.

As your due date approaches, we’ll schedule another prenatal visit to revisit your birth preferences, practice basic coping skills, and ensure you feel grounded and ready. I’ll also be in regular contact for additional check-ins and support as needed — and when labor begins, I’ll be by your side for continuous care.

After your baby arrives, we’ll meet again for a postpartum visit to reflect on your birth, answer any questions, and support your early days of recovery and bonding.

This package includes:

  • A complimentary consultation to see if we’re a good fit

  • One in-depth intake session to explore your birth preferences and goals

  • 1-2 additional personalized prenatal care sessions

  •  Regular check-ins and ongoing availability via phone, text, or email throughout your pregnancy

  • 24/7 on-call availability beginning at 38 weeks

  • Continuous physical, emotional, and informational support during labor and birth

  • One postpartum visit to process your experience and offer support during early recovery

Individual Care Sessions in Your Home

Personalized perinatal care sessions are also offered as stand‑alone visits. They offer focused, flexible care that adapts to what you need in real time. We can spend our time on childbirth education, baby‑care basics, lactation support, or any combination of topics that will best support you and your growing family.

Each visit is $150 per hour, with a 2‑hour minimum so we have the space to move through your priorities with care.

Childbirth Education

In these sessions, we explore how labor unfolds and what your body and your baby are doing at each stage. With my medical background, I draw on a deep understanding of birth physiology and fetal positioning to guide you in movement, breath, and positioning that support steady progress and comfort. We also talk through decision‑making, partner support, and ways to stay grounded as labor intensifies.

My approach is both multidisciplinary and deeply personal. In addition to experience, I draw from Lamaze‑based childbirth education, mind–body preparation inspired by Birthing From Within, and Spinning Babies® concepts like pelvic balance and space‑making positions that encourage comfort and rotation. Together, we shape these tools around your body, your pregnancy, and the birth you’re preparing for.

Throughout our work, we blend practical skills with the realities of labor—the unpredictability, the emotions, the need for flexibility, and the importance of feeling supported and seen. The goal is a toolkit that combines evidence‑based strategies with intuitive, moment‑to‑moment responsiveness.

Lactation support

Feeding your baby is personal, tender, and sometimes confusing. I offer compassionate, evidence based support for common bodyfeeding questions in the early days and weeks. I can help with latch and positioning, reading feeding cues, finding a comfortable rhythm, and building your confidence as you and your baby learn together. This service meets you where you are and supports your feeding relationship whether you are nursing, pumping, bottle feeding, or combining methods.

As a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist (CBS) who has completed 95+ hours of lactation-specific education through the Physicians' Lactation Consultant Training Program, I provide nonjudgmental guidance tailored to your needs. I am currently working toward full IBCLC certification, and I’m committed to ongoing learning and collaborative, family-centered care.

Support may include:

  • Prenatal feeding education and preparation

  • Assistance with latch, positioning, and comfort

  • Pumping, bottle-feeding, or combo-feeding support

  • Troubleshooting common early challenges

  • Guidance through weaning or feeding transitions

If additional clinical care is needed, I’m happy to refer you to a trusted IBCLC or other healthcare provider to ensure you get the appropriate support.

Early Parent Education

These visits offer simple, accessible, and supportive instruction on caring for your newborn. We cover soothing, sleep basics, diapering, bathing, baby communication, and ways to create a nurturing routine that works for your family. You will have plenty of time to practice skills, ask questions, and explore what feels most natural for you as new parents.

Insurance and Payment Options

I accept HSA/FSA and can provide a superbill for reimbursement through your insurance. I’m also an approved provider with Carrot Fertility and accept Medicaid and TriCare.

Coverage for doula care varies widely between insurance plans. If you’re unsure whether your benefits include doula services, I can provide sample language to help you check with your insurer.
